Electronic Invoices!

Coming to Our Members’ Emailbox: Electronic Invoices and Electronic Subscription Statements!
These invoices will be emailed as printable PDF attachments and will look identical to the paper ones our members are used to receiving.
Twenty members agreed to be part of our trial which we estimate to take place on or about November 15th. We have scheduled this process to go out in stages with our Beta test being Stage 1. Stage 2 will happen during the beginning of December and will include institutions in South Carolina and Florida. A bulk email will be completed to these members announcing the event after we have a successful Beta test. Stage 3 will happen during the beginning of January and will include institutions in Tennessee, Kentucky and Mississippi. Again a bulk email will precede the actual invoicing. Stage 4 will occur during the beginning of February and will include all of our members.
