SOLINET’s Member Services Help Desk now can serve you via chat Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST.
As an integral part of SOLINET’s mission to serve libraries, the Help Desk staff provides personalized support for all member libraries. From ILL, Cataloging, LexisNexis and other vendor products, to training and tutorials, to billing inquiries, and much, much more, the SOLINET Help Desk answers the call (pun intended).

Hello, our Library Policy Directory, FHF has our correct Zip code address as 33919 for Edison State College.
But when other libraries send us material, they question the incorrect zip code of 3333919 which is on the General Record Information page.
Edison is a Solinet member but I can’t seem to change this incorrect zip code.
The screen keeps coming up as an Error.
Is there anyway that Solinet can change our zip code on the General Record Information page to 33919 ?
