SOLINET Help Desk offers members support, pricing, and general information

Did you know one resource that SOLINET members, potential members and class attendees can utilize is it’s Member Services Help Desk? SOLINET implemented the Help Desk some years ago but continuously expands services and adds or diversifies support techniques to support the needs and services of libraries and their staff. Need pricing for a database you’re interested in? Can’t quite figure out where to go to download your MARC records? Having trouble logging into an online class? Need to go non-supplier for the holidays, but don’t remember how? SOLINET’s Member Services Help Desk can assist you!
From ACM to Vanderbilt Television News Archive, the Help Desk staff can provide you with database pricing and ordering instructions. They also support commonly-used OCLC services such as Connexion, CatExpress, WorldCat Resource Sharing, FirstSearch, and WorldCat Collection Analysis. If your institution’s IP ranges have changed recently, send the updated IP information and a list of databases you receive through SOLINET to the Help Desk; Member Services will notify the appropriate vendors on your behalf, to help ensure your access is uninterrupted.
As mentioned, the Help Desk is always changing and trying to improve service. You now have three convenient ways to contact the Help Desk: by calling 800-999-8558, via email at helpdesk@solinet.net, or through our new online chat service–linked from each page on the SOLINET Web site. The
Help Desk is available Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00 EST.

Our library Policy Directory FHF has our correct zip code address as 33919 for Edison State College.
But when other libraries send us material they question the incorrect zip code of 3333919.
This is on the “General Record Information” screen.
I have tried to change it but can’t seem to get there. Edison is a Solinet member.
The screen keeps coming up as an Error.
Is there anyway someone at Solinet can change our zip code to the correct 33919.
